Transatlantic Cruise to Italy 2013. The Vineyards at Grapevine Lake. Marsha and I are on day 7 of our 15-day cruise to Italy. It is really going by fast! It seems as though we just left New Orleans yesterday. We are slowly adjusting to the time change as the ship time basically moves ahead one hour every day. We are currently four hours ahead of Oklahoma time.
